What are Crew Rates?
Think of crew rates as à la carte items on a menu, available to choose from as needed. They represent hourly or day rates specifically tailored to meet the needs of agencies or other production companies seeking to hire individuals for designated roles within a production team.

Travel Rates
Mileage Travel
The first 50 miles of ground transportation for local location work is included with a starting point of Sacramento, CA.
After the first 50 miles, the mileage fee is $2.00/mile.
Oversized vehicles such as vans/grip trucks will be quoted.
Extended Travel
Lodging and travel expenses (i.e. hotel, bus, shuttle, taxi, parking, mobile app transport etc.)
may be billed for productions that require an extended stay (more than 1 day).
As a general guideline, locations that are 75 miles or more away from Sacramento, CA may require overnight accommodations.
For productions that require travel day(s), average travel cost is
$500/day and $55/day for M&IE (meal & incidental expenses) per crew member.
